Yes, we do custom designs for 18k gold pieces. We do not do custom designs in 14k gold or sterling silver. The delivery time for custom work is 3 to 5 months depending on if our designer needs to do a design painting and the complexity of the piece. Custom work is not returnable. Sorry, we do not resize rings. Rings that have been resized by the customer are not returnable. However, we can make all of our ring designs in any size you need as a made to order or custom piece. Please email us at customerservice@lunarrain.com for more information.

We can deliver to PO Box addresses.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.  Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.

If the country we are delivering to charges customs and import fees, then the customer is responsible for paying the fees. Customs and import fees are not included in the price of the jewelry.

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders.  This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

Due to the high value of our fine jewellery, returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receipt. You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The customer pays for return shipping with tracking. All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the piece received is determined to be damaged. Custom made jewellery, made to order gold jewellery, engraved jewellery and resized rings are not returnable.

We collaborate with fine jewellery studios in Hong Kong to make our jewellery. The artisans in Hong Kong are internationally renowned for their exquisite craftsmanship of handmade fine jewellery. All jewellery design and enamel work is done in our studio in Vancouver, Canada.

All of our ceramic artworks are handmade, hand-painted and fired in our ceramics studio in Vancouver, Canada.

Due to the intricate nature and technical complexity of our jewellery, we outsource production to specialized workshops in China. The level of precision, advanced technology, and expertise required to bring our concepts to life far exceeds the current capabilities available within Canada’s jewellery industry. Chinese production facilities offer state-of-the-art equipment, skilled artisans, and efficient processes that allow us to achieve the high-quality craftsmanship and detail our ideas demand. This partnership ensures that our creative vision is fully realized without compromising on quality, innovation, or design integrity.

No, our enamel will not chip off. We use cold enamel made of resin. Unlike glass vitreous enamel, cold enamel does not chip easily. We have performed stress tests on our jewellery, subjecting the cold enamel to high and low temperatures, dropping from a height and blunt force impact. The enamel does not chip under our tested circumstances. If your Lunar Rain enamelled jewellery is damaged, you can ship it back to us and we will re-enamel it free of charge.

Yes, we only use natural gemstones in our designs. Even though some of the agate gemstones may look like paintings, they are not man made but created by mother nature millions of years ago. The patterns are mineral inclusions that were created when the stone was forming.

Yes, we only use un-dyed, cultured saltwater and freshwater pearls.
